Stone Crab Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

8 oz. cooked pasta shells
8 oz. cheese sauce
4 oz. stone crab meat, no shells
4 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
1 oz. olive oil

Method:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Bring a pot of water to a boil to reheat pasta shells.
In a separate sauce pan heat cheese sauce.
Strain reheated pasta and add to the hot cheese sauce and coat the pasta.
Add stone crab meat.
Place mac-n-cheese in a baking pan.
Top with bread crumbs and olive oil and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the bread crumbs are nice and golden brown.
Serves 2 and can be prepped ahead of time.
