Beach House Tree- A Signature Display! An Edible Palm Tree of Pineapple, Assorted Cheeses, and Fresh Seasonal Fruit.
Peel and Eat Shrimp- Tender Gulf Shrimp Served in the Shell.
Vegetable Crudite-Garden Fresh Veggies served with Ranch and Blue Cheese.
Conch Fritters- Real Conch Meat rolled with Herbs, Spices and Japanese Bread Crumbs.
Chicken Wings- Plump Chicken Wings Simmered with in Spicy BBQ Sauce.
Salad- Beach House Salad w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette. Accompanied with Warm Bread and Butter.
Entrée Course-
Chargrilled Catch of the Day – Fresh Fish Right off the Boat and Served Hot Off the Grill.
Chicken Tropicale- Grilled Boneless Breast of Chicken Marinated in Tropical Fruit Juice and Finished with a Fresh Tropical Fruit Salsa.
Prime Rib- Slow Roasted Herb Encrusted Prime Rib Served with a Creamy Horseradish Sauce.
· Your guests will be able to select any of these items by themselves or in any combination that you might wish.
· All entrees served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Fresh

Steamed Seafood Fest-
Option can Include Clam Chowder or Steamed Clams, House Salad, Live Maine Lobster, New Potatoes and Corn on the Cob
Beverages-
There are a number of ways to handle the serving of alcoholic beverages.
- You Pay for All the Alcoholic Beverages With an Open Bar
- You Pay for Only Beer and Wine and If a Guest Would Like a Mixed Drink We Will Bill Them Separately As A Cash Bar
- The “LEIS” option: provide three leis per person for whatever they would like to drink and when the leis are gone they are on their own.
