Bud and Bay Shrimp Bowl

Recipe by Chef George Quattromani Mar Vista Restaurant and Dockside Pub

Ingredients:

1 lb any size shell on shrimp
9 oz Tarpon Spoon Beer
1.5 oz Old Bay Seasoning
2 oz Garlic and Lemon Butter

Method:

In sauce pan mix beer and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and butter.
Cook until done approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
