Recipe created by Chef Will Manson of the BeachHouse Restaurant
Ingredients:
Shrimp 8 ea
Garlic 1tbsp slices
Scallions 1tbsp bias cut
Red pepper 1tbsp julienne or fine diced
Green pepper 1tbsp julienne or fine diced
Olive oil 4oz pure
Linguini or angel hair 8oz cooked
Crushed Red pepper flakes 1 tsp
Basil leaves 3 large
Method:
Heat a saute pan on medium high. Put in half of the olive oil and heat up. Add Shrimp to hot oil and saute. Turn shrimp, add garlic, scallions, and peppers. Toss ingredients together. Add crushed red pepper flakes. Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan. Add hot pasta to the mix and toss together. Place all into a deep pasta bowl and garnish with chiffounade of basil.
