Sandbar Seafood Paella

Ingredients:

3 large shrimp
3 mussels
3 clams
3 oysters
3 crawfish
5 oz rice
12 oz clam juice
12 oz tomato juice
6 oz white wine
1 pinch saffron

Procedure:

Put clam juice, tomato juice, white wine, and saffron in sauce pan and heat. Add all seafood items and simmer in broth for 3 minutes. Pour over rice.
