Shrimp and Scallops Aglio E Olio

Recipe by Chef Will Manson of the BeachHouse Restaurant, featured on ABC Channel 7 Taste of Sunrise on 9/15/10.

Ingredients:

Large Shrimp 4 ea
Large scallops 4 ea
Garlic slivers 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 2 oz
Linguini 5 oz.

Method:

Heat oil in a sauté pan.
Sauté shrimp and scallops.
Add garlic and brown in pan.
Toss in pasta to coat with oil and place in a large pasta bowl.
