Stone Crabs are Back!

That’s right, Stone Crab season has just begun and our restaurants are serving up fresh, succulent, delicious stone crabs caught from local waters. For all the crab connoisseurs out there, Stone Crab is considered to be one of the best tasting crabs, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy Florida’s luscious crustaceans. You can order your Stone Crab hot (served with drawn butter) or chilled (served with our Stone Crab Mustard Sauce). Eat ’em hot or cold - just make sure to eat them while they’re here (October 15 - May 15)! Here’s a tip for tearing them up like a pro: our claws are served pre-cracked, but if you need a little more crackin’ to get every last tasty morsel out of those shells, use the back end of your knife’s handle to tap-tap-tap and voila! Enjoy every last bit tucked in the claws. And after you’ve feasted on your Stone Crab, we suggest ending your evening with another signature Florida dish - a slice of our extraordinary Key Lime Pie.
