Wasabi Salmon Salad

1 cup hot water
8 oz Wasabi Powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 oz rice wine vinegar
4 oz soy sauce
4-6 oz Salmon
8 oz Japanese bread crumbs
Sesame dressing or your favorite Oriental or Italian Dressing

Mix sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce. Gradually mix hot water with Wasabi powder. Thin to consistency of a batter by adding sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce mixture. Coat Salmon with a thin layer of Wasabi mix. Coat with Japanese bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until done

Place on top of Mixed Greens with Sliced Cucumbers, Mandarin Oranges with dressing on side.
