Led by Mark Ormond of The Ringling School of Art and Design the symposium will embrace a learning experience for the art form and will also include discussion with the artists, Gene Aubry, Jean Blackburn, Bob Brown, Richard Thomas and Kathy Wright. The reception at The Studio at Gulf and Pine will include tours of the five artists’ works and provide an opportunity to meet and engage the artists. Hors d’oeuvre and wine compliments of Beach Bisto with live music by a combo of players from the Manatee High School Jazz Band. The reception is open to everyone.
