Grouper 8 oz
Roasted Garlic 6 cloves
Cherry Tomatoes (not chopped) 6
Lemon Juice 2 oz
Chopped Parsley 2 oz
Chopped pistachio nuts 2 oz
Vegetable stock 6 oz
Olive Oil ½ oz
Method:
Heat olive oil in hot pan. Add Grouper and sauté each side 4 minutes..set a side. In same pan add roasted garlic, pistachio nuts, and tomatoes……sauté for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, and vegetable stock…..reduce down 3 minutes. Add parsley and spoon over Grouper filet.
