Cold Stone Crabs with Mustard Sauce

Fresh Florida Stone Crabs at the Sandbar, BeachHouse and Mar VistaIngredients:

Stone Crab Claws - as many as you like.
For a group of four, 3-4 pounds should suffice.
Stone Crabs come already cooked and our recommendation is to serve them cold.
If you prefer them hot put them in a steamer or boiling water for 1-2 minutes just to heat them up. Avoid overcooking them. Boiling or steaming for too long will dry them out. Hot butter may be served with hot claws.

Mustard Sauce:
1 cup mayonaisse
2 tbls Dijon mustard
2 tbls dry mustard
2 dashes of A1 sauce
Mix all ingredients well.
