Ingredients:
Veal cutlets or scaloppini 7 oz
Seasoned flour 1 /2 cup
Lemon juice 2 oz
Clear butter or olive oil 1 oz
Whole butter 1 oz
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Method:
Dredge veal in seasoned flour. Sauté quickly in butter or olive oil. Remove veal to dry paper towel. Degrease pan and deglaze with lemon juice. Add whole butter and parsley. Plate veal and pour sauce over veal.
